Secured promissory notes of DiversyFund, Inc.
- Offering size: Up to $1,000,000 aggregate (the Company may increase the offering amount in its discretion).
- Minimum investment: $25,000 unless waived by the Company.
- Interest: 12% annual, non-compounded. 4% payable quarterly in arrears by the 30th day after each calendar quarter; 8% accrues to the maturity date.
- Maturity: The earliest of the events described in the private placement memorandum and note documents.
- Eligibility: Accredited investors only. Regulation D, Rule 506(c).
