Securities: Up to $35,000,000 of Units of membership interest at $1,000 per Unit across three Classes — Class A-1 (18% Target Rate; $1,000,000 minimum), Class A-2 (15% Target Rate; $250,000 minimum), and Class A-3 (12% Target Rate; $100,000 minimum). Target Rates are non-compounded and accrue only while capital is deployed in Fund Investments (see PPM).

Strategy: The Company makes preferred equity investments in special purpose entities owned or controlled by the Manager or its affiliates, formed to acquire multifamily and other real estate at a discount to market value. The Company does not hold real estate directly.
